神经根型颈椎病的神经电生理研究综述

摘要
随着人们生活方式的变化,颈椎病的发病年龄已近逐渐年轻化。神经根型颈椎病(Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy,CSR)的颈椎病中最常见,约占50%以上,主要表现为肩、背部疼痛、上肢及手指的放射性疼痛、麻木、无力。近年来,随着影像学及神经电生理技术的发展,尤其是电生理检查的不断进步,为神经根型颈椎病的诊断提供了更多的方法。本文就CSR的诊断方法及进展进行综述。
