<正>帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)是继阿尔茨海默病之后影响老年人心身健康的第二大神经退行性疾病,发病率在逐年升高。临床症状表现为静止性震颤、肌肉强直、运动迟缓和共济失调[1]。而其特有的"冻结"现象是导致PD患者跌倒、致残的一个重要危险因素,表现为发作突然的迈步困难,感觉双脚
