MMP-9在突出腰椎间盘中的表达及意义

摘要
目的检测突出组和正常组腰椎间盘中基质金属蛋白酶9(matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)表达,探讨MMP-9在突出腰椎间盘中的作用及意义。方法通过免疫组化方法,应用MMP-9多克隆抗体,对40例突出腰椎间盘和20例正常腰椎间盘标本进行染色。结果突出组的MMP-9阳性细胞率显著高于正常组,非包含组的MMP-9阳性细胞率显著高于包含组。结论MMP-9在突出组腰椎间盘中高表达,提示MMP-9可能与椎间盘退变有关。
