<正>髋关节的严重骨关节炎会引起脊柱矢状面对位不良、曲度失衡,造成患者摇摆步态,进一步引起下腰痛（low back pain,LBP）,这种情况被称为"髋-腰综合征",由Offierski等[1]于1983年第一次报道。近年来关于髋关节骨关节炎患者髋关节与脊柱的生物力学机制及全髋关节置换术（total hip arthroplasty,THA）对脊柱的影响方面的研究越来越多,已发现髋关节骨关节炎能够引起
