近年来有关MHC-TCR与癌基因蛋白抗原肽的研究进展迅速，三者之间在空间结构上相互识别和有机结合，可以诱导以肿瘤特异性CD8+CTL增殖为主的细胞免疫应答，在P(21)，P(185)，P(53)P(210BCR-ABL)抗原肽的研究中已取得一定成果，有可能利用癌基因蛋白抗原肽，进行肿瘤特异性免疫治疗。
