经皮穴位电刺激在脑卒中后手功能障碍康复中的应用

摘要：

目的:对经皮穴位电刺激的临床疗效进行验证。方法:43例患者随机分成对照组和经皮穴位电刺激(TEAS)组,所有患者均接受规范化康复治疗,分别于治疗前、治疗后第4周对患者的上肢和手功能进行Fugl-Meyer(FMA),Wolf运动功能测试(WMFT),改良Ashworth(MAS),手运动功能状态评分,改良Barthel指数(MBI)的评定。结果:两组治疗后的FMA、WMFT值均较治疗前有明显改善提高(P<0.05)。治疗后TEAS组FMA、WMFT值比对照组高(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的MAS评分、手运动功能状态评分、MBI值均较治疗前有明显提高(P<0.05)。治疗后两组MAS评分、手功能状态评分之间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。TEAS组的MBI值比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:经皮穴位电刺激能改善脑卒中后上肢及手功能。
