更年期骨质疏松女性性激素与脂肪细胞因子、骨代谢生化指标的相关性分析

摘要
目的:探讨更年期骨质疏松女性性激素与脂肪细胞因子、骨代谢生化指标的相关性。方法:选择2015年9月2017年10月间在四川大学华西二医院确诊为更年期骨质疏松的女性患者118例作为更年期骨质疏松组,同期在四川大学华西二医院进行体检的更年期骨密度正常女性100例作为正常对照组。对比两组女性外周血性激素、脂肪细胞因子、骨代谢生化指标的含量,采用Pearson检验评估更年期骨质疏松女性性激素与病情严重程度的相关关系。结果:更年期骨质疏松组外周血中雌二醇(E2)的含量显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05),促卵泡素(FSH)、促黄体素(LH)含量与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);外周血中脂肪细胞因子抵抗素(Resistin)、趋化素(chemerin)的含量高于正常对照组(P<0.05),瘦素(LEP)、内脂素(Visfatin)的含量低于正常对照组(P<0.05);外周血中骨钙素(OC)、骨碱性磷酸酶(NBAP)、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶5b(TRACP)、Ⅰ型胶原交联C末端肽(ICTP)的含量均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。Pearson检验发现,更年期骨质疏松女性性激素E2含量与脂肪细胞因子、骨代谢生化指标含量直接相关(P<0.05)。结论:更年期骨质疏松女性存在性激素表达异常,具体异常水平可客观反映骨质疏松病情。
