摘要：

目的回顾分析12例颅外颈动脉狭窄的治疗,探讨颅外颈动脉狭窄的治疗方法的选择以及并发症的防治。方法12例有症状的颅外颈动脉狭窄病例,手术治疗12例。结果11例患者良好效果,均康复出院,随访6-20月未出现TIA发作,原病变血管再狭窄小于20%,人工血管通畅,患者认知能力较术前有显著地改善。结论手术治疗颅外颈动脉狭窄疗效肯定,加强围手术期监护,是减少并发症的关键。
