<正>伴随着心外科手术和体外循环(cardiopulmonary bypass,CPB)技术的飞速发展,患者术后各种并发症的发生率和死亡率都稳步下降,然而中枢神经系统并发症的发病率和死亡率仍然很高,低温作为心脏手术期间的主要脏器保护手段一直被广泛应用,然而90年代初期,有研究指出低温的弊端以及对脏器保护的局限性,常温和浅低温转流技术得到
