双向全桥直流变换器的全功率范围软开关控制技术的研究

双向全桥直流变换器不依靠额外的电路就能实现软开关,具有较高的效率。采用传统的纯移相调制方法,传输功率大,但无法在轻载时实现软开关;采用移相加占空比调制方法,可以在全功率范围内实现软开关,但最大传输功率会随着占空比的减小而减小,小占空比情况下功率输出受到限制。本文研究了双向全桥直流变换器的软开关特性,结合纯移相调制和移相加占空比调制的特点,提出一种新的优化控制方法,该控制方法可实现两种调制方法的平滑切换,在实现全功率范围内的软开关的同时又保证了传输功率的最大化。最后,本文在一台12k W的样机上对提出的控制方法进行了验证,实验结果表明了所提控制方法的正确性。
