多囊卵巢综合征对子宫内膜容受性的影响

摘要：

多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)患者不孕的原因主要有不排卵,卵母细胞质量差等。但经药物纠正不排卵因素后总体妊娠率仍不高。近年研究推测,PCOS患者体内复杂的内分泌和代谢环境影响了子宫内膜容受性,也可导致PCOS患者生育力减弱和不良妊娠结局。
