芳樟醇R-和S-对映异构单体的体外抗菌活性研究

摘要
目的研究芳樟醇R-和S-对映异构单体的体外抗菌活性。方法采用琼脂稀释法和微量稀释法检测R-和S-芳樟醇的抗菌活性指标,包括MIC、MBC、B/I、抑菌曲线、半数抑制量(IC50)、杀菌曲线。结果 R-和S-芳樟醇对金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC29213、25923)、表皮葡萄球菌(ATCC12228、ATCC35984)、大肠杆菌(ATCC25922)均具有抗菌活性,敏感细菌的MIC值位于1.024~4.096 mg/mL,R-芳樟醇对部分细菌抗菌活性稍强于S-芳樟醇,两种构型芳樟醇B/I值均处于1~2范围内。而铜绿假单胞菌(ATCC27853)未检测出MIC值(MIC>8.192 mg/mL)。R-芳樟醇对金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC25923、ATCC29213)的IC50小于S-芳樟醇(P<0.05)。两者的抗菌效应曲线均具有明显的时效和量效关系。结论R-和S-芳樟醇具有良好的抗菌活性,两者抗菌活性可能存在细微的差异。
