摘要：

与胃癌和食管癌的发生率逐年下降相比较,胃食管交界部腺癌的发生率显著上升。然而现有文献中关于其病因、分类和治疗仍然不一致。因为没有明确的分类和分期,外科治疗方法的选择仍存在争议。因此对于胃食管交界部腺癌来说,准确的定义和分类成为讨论恰当手术方式的前提。本文对胃食管交界部腺癌的有关概念及治疗进展作了详尽的探讨。
