摘要：

<正>脑小血管病是临床常见的脑部血管疾病,隐匿起病、缓慢发展、部分可急性发作。临床表现复杂,诊断比较困难,容易造成诊断和治疗上的混乱。近年来,随着神经影像学的快速发展,人们对脑小血管病临床、诊断和治疗等方面的认识有了显著提高,脑小血管病的诊断率也明显增加。为了进行规范化的诊断和治疗,经中华医学会神经病学分会脑血管病学组相关专家的多次讨论,达成此共识。
