企业融资行为及其影响因素——基于农业上市公司的实证研究

摘要：

本文运用新的分析思路与实证研究方法,对我国农业上市公司的融资行为进行了考察,结果表明企业融资偏好基本吻合融资啄食理论的"内源融资—债务融资—股权融资"顺序;运用Logit模型对企业融资行为影响因素进行了检验,实证结果进一步确认了融资啄食理论。但也发现部分结果支持融资权衡理论。最后,根据结论进行了相应分析。
