工作嵌入性与员工自动离职研究进展探析

摘要
工作嵌入性理论突破了传统的组织行为学分析范式,从非主观和工作之外的因素入手探讨员工行为,与工作满意度、组织承诺等主观范畴的研究形成鲜明对比。工作嵌入性理论的提出,为员工行为(如员工自动离职)提供了一个全新的解释框架,对原有的组织行为学理论形成了很好的补充,并为管理实践提供了有益的参考。本文对这一理论进行了梳理和评介,并针对国内这一领域的研究现状提出了若干建议。
