摘要：

对广为传播的原始文献研究结果进行统一的整理和分析，为临床实践奠定科学基础极其重要。试以美国１９８０年～１９９５年间有关肿瘤护理方面研究文献的综合回顾，对其护理干预结果进行评价；采用综合评述和Ｍｅｔａ分析方法，对其结果进行检验，得出了有实际应用价值的结论，并对未来的研究方向提出了建议。
