移动学习的用户接受度实证研究

摘要
随着移动设备的普及,利用移动技术来满足在非正式环境中产生的学习需求成了终身学习项目的一个重要目标,同时也是对终身学习项目的一个重要挑战。本研究将移动中的终身学习定位于满足生活中所浮现的即时性需求的学习,而用户是否接受移动学习,其使用体验是关键的决定因素。笔者在信息系统成功模型和技术接受度模型的基础上研究提炼了一个综合模型,采用模拟实地评估方法,从移动学习的目标人群中招募用户进行了实证研究。研究结果表明:感知质量对用户满意度和使用意愿有显著的影响,有助于更好地理解潜在移动学习用户,并为其开发更适合的学习材料。
