电离辐射对肿瘤细胞端粒酶抑制作用的研究

运用多聚酶链扩增反应（PCR）及瑞粒重复扩增方法（TRAP）法检测肿瘤细胞Hela、A431和KB在电离辐射后hEST2功能区片段表达和瑞粒酶活性的变化。结果表明：肿瘤细胞hEST2功能区片段表达和端粒酶活性呈剂量依赖性下降；hEST2功能区片段的PCR法测定结果与TRAP法相符合；提示电离辐射对瑞粒酶活性的抑制是肿瘤放射治疗的重要机制之一。端粒酶活性检则可能成为评估电离辐射对肿瘤杀伤作用的新指标。
