<正>急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)是危重疾病患者常见的合并症,在ICU中病死率高达37%76%[1]。随着床旁血液滤过技术的不断发展,AKI的治疗效果有了显著提高,但其发病率仍呈上升趋势,且病死率仍偏高,主要原因在于其难以早期诊断、早期干预。目前常用的AKI诊断指标是血肌酐、尿量,这些方法虽特异性好,但敏感性差,不能早期提示肾功能的改变。近年来有研究发现,一些早期
