高技术团队创造力的形成机理研究——基于交互记忆系统和共享心智模型视角

摘要
如何激发高技术团队的创造力是企业界和理论界关注的热点问题。以高技术团队为样本,探讨交互记忆系统和共享心智模型对团队创造力的影响及其作用机制。研究结果表明,交互记忆系统和共享心智模型对团队创造力均具有积极影响;知识分享和团队效能感对交互记忆系统与团队创造力的关系、共享心智模型与团队创造力的关系均发挥着中介作用。该研究为指导交互记忆系统和共享心智模型的建设、提升高技术团队创造力提供理论依据。
