摘要：

<正> 腹会阴式直肠切除术(abdomino-perinealresection of the rectom)又称为 Miles 手术,是下部直肠癌和肛管癌的标准术式,已有80多年的历史。随着手术技巧的日趋完善,Miles 手术的手术死亡率已降至2%以下,但其手术并发症的发生率仍较高。现将 Miles 手术后的几种主要并发症介绍如下。
