脑源性神经营养因子与抑郁症及其执行功能的关联研究

摘要
目的探讨脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)与抑郁症及其执行功能的关系。方法随机抽取68例抑郁症患者及71例正常人为研究对象,采用ELASA法检测血清BDNF水平、PCR-RFLP技术检测BDNF rs6265多态位点基因多态性,应用威斯康星卡片分类测验(Wisconsin Card Sor-ting Test,WCST)评估执行功能。结果抑郁症组与WCST有关的执行功能明显差于对照组(t=2.02~4.82,P均<0.05);抑郁症组血清BDNF水平低于对照组(t=3.62,P<0.001),其蛋氨酸携带率(89.7%)高于对照组(79.4%)(P<0.05);抑郁症血清BDNF水平与分类数明显相关(r=0.27,P<0.05),携带蛋氨酸组非持续错误数低于非携带蛋氨酸组(z=0.20,P<0.05)。结论血清BDNF水平及其rs6265多态位点基因多态性与抑郁症的执行功能有关。
