摘要
创业团队成员的特质以及团队互动过程在一定程度上决定了新创企业的创业绩效。创业团队特质本身及其对创业绩效的影响会随着团队的发展产生改变。团队特质可以划分为易观察特质和深层特质两个层次。其中,易观察特质通常包括了信息特质和社会属性特质,深层特质则主要包括认知和人格特质。团队成员的特质一般会在某些方面决定团队的互动过程,进而影响创业的绩效。冲突、沟通、凝聚力、人际信任和互动类型等是互动过程中的关键变量。不同的团队互动因素相结合,会形成建设性与破坏性两种作用。随着创业团队的发展和变化,建设性的团队互动类型使得创业团队内部成员之间会形成良好的人际关系,进而有效提升团队绩效。除此之外,创业绩效还受到一些调节变量的影响,如外部社会环境、权力和政策的变化以及企业情绪能力等。
