摘要:
目的为了增强顺铂对鼻咽癌细胞(CNE2)的细胞毒作用,为临床化疗提供理论依据。方法通过W estern-B lot检测辛夷对CNE2细胞内p38活性的影响,利用MTT检测辛夷对CNE2细胞生长的影响及辛夷对顺铂的细胞毒作用的影响。结果 W estern-B lot结果显示辛夷能够激活CNE2内p38,随辛夷浓度的增强,p38的磷酸化水平逐渐增高;MTT结果显示辛夷可以抑制CNE2细胞的生长,并且增强顺铂的细胞毒作用。结论辛夷能够激活CNE2细胞内p38,从而增强顺铂的细胞毒作用,为逆转顺铂耐药提供了新的方案。
