摘要
葡萄糖载体蛋白家族广泛分布于人体各组织,对葡萄糖转运起易化作用,在分子水平调节机体各组织,尤其是脑组织的糖稳态。其中GLUT1和GLUT3与脑组织的糖转运及糖代谢关系密切。脑缺血后,脑组织缺血、缺氧,GLUT1、GLUT3表达上调,以维持对脑组织的能量供给。本文就脑缺血后GLUT1和GLUT3表达在时间、空间上的变化情况、影响因素、调节机制及意义等方面作一综述。
