摘要：

对图像处理技术在粮油、食品中的应用与发展进行了综述。由于数字化图像能够随时存储和取出显示，分析过程省时省力，并且其结果可避免人为的主观误差，因此图像处理技术在粮油、食品中的应用有良好的前景。
