摘要：

血管性认知障碍是指所有的血管因素导致的从轻度认知障碍到痴呆的一大类综合征。现从概念及意义、分类、流行病学研究与转归、相关因素、病理生理、发病机制、预防和治疗等方面综述血管性认知障碍的研究进展,为降低血管性认知障碍发生率,预防和治疗血管性认知障碍,提高血管性认知障碍患者的生活质量提供理论依据。
