预防食管癌和贲门癌手术后吻合口瘘的临床体会——外科治疗203例临床分析

摘要：

<正> 食管癌和贲门癌术后吻合口瘘这一重要并发症,给食管癌外科治疗的进一步开展和推广带来一定困难。从1976～1979年,在河南省林县姚村公社食管癌高发区防治现场,连续进行外科治疗食管癌和贲门癌203例,其中切除179例,全部病例行食管胃吻合,未发生吻合口瘘。本文结合该组病例的分析,初步探讨预防吻合口瘘的问题。
