摘要
<正>胆汁淤积症是指各种原因导致胆汁流的形成和排泌障碍所致的一组共同的临床疾病综合征,能去氧胆酸(UDCA)具有利胆、抗凋亡、抗纤维化作用及促进防御性运转体蛋白表达等功能[1]。目前发现,在肝肠循环中,UDCA为无毒的亲水性胆盐,以替换有毒的疏水性胆盐,从而抑制回肠对疏水性胆盐的重吸收,UDCA通过保护肝细胞膜、改善毛细胆管膜流动性[2]、保护肝细胞、利胆等作用来抑制肝纤维化及肝硬化的
