<正>脑卒中具有高发病率、高死亡率和高复发率等特点,据全球疾病负担报告2010显示,脑卒中已成为世界上第二大致死原因[1],同时也是单病种致残率最高的疾病[2]。以往脑卒中康复主要集中在肢体运动、言语、认知障碍等方面,而肺功能康复一直未得到重视和推广,原因可能是这些患者没有表现出明显的肺部症状或疾病[3],但实际上肺功能障碍在脑卒中患者中十分常见。2000年Khedr等[4]发现约40%的脑卒中
