摘要：

<正>脑卒中为常见的心脑血管疾病,常伴随运动功能及（或）感觉异常等后遗症;将近80%的脑卒中存活者会发生上肢及（或）下肢的残疾[1],其中又以上肢的问题影响功能限制较剧[2]。脑卒中后6个月仍有30%66%的患者无法恢复上肢功能,仅有5%20%的患者能完全恢复[3],因此,脑卒中除可能进一步影响患者独立生活功能外,甚至造成家人照顾上的负担,影响家庭生活质量。如何有效降低脑卒中的后遗症,促进运动与生活功能的恢复,是康复治疗人员的重要课题。1990年代为脑神经科学发展的重要分水岭,脑卒
