摘要：

阿尔茨海默病是老年性痴呆中最常见的类型 ,近年来研究发现 ,淀粉样蛋白可能与本病的发生有关。阿尔茨海默病患者脑中有大量淀粉样蛋白沉积 ,而代谢型谷氨酸受体等一些因素能影响淀粉样蛋白的产生 ,故它们在本病的发生中可能起一定作用
