<正>外科阻塞性黄疸(obstructive jaundice,OJ)是临床较常见的病理状态,主要由于肝外或肝内胆管部分性或完全性阻塞所引起。胆管梗阻后,由于胆汁及其诸多成分不能流入肠内(尤其是完全性梗阻者),将导致胆管内压升高、肝血流改变以及一系列包括体内物质代谢、免疫功能及其他脏器功能的变化。其中胆汁酸与胆红素代
