摘要
目的:为提高临床联合用药的安全性和有效性及促进中医药的发展。方法:归纳P-糖蛋白(P-gp)在中药及其化学成分的相互作用的相关资料进行论述。结果:中药及其化学成分可经P-gp渠道与其底物产生的相互作用,既可造成严重的危害,也可促进中医药发展;利用中药化学成分对P-gp的抑制作用可以提高口服药物生物利用度、增加药物血脑屏障透过率、解决肿瘤治疗耐药问题等。结论:医药专业人员应重视P-gp与中药及其化学成分的互作用。
