摘要：

文章使用分位数回归方法考察了1988～2002年间中国城镇工资结构的变迁、特别是其决定因素在整个工资分布区间上的变化。作者发现对教育的回报在增长,而对工作经验的回报在下降。2002年的数据表明,不断扩大的性别工资差距可能已不再上升。世纪之交的最大变化可能是中国经济悄然开始了由劳动密集型向知识技能密集型转变。
