配电网故障恢复及负荷平衡的重构算法研究

配电网故障后的供电恢复是一带约束的多目标优化问题。文中描述了在配电网实时运行环境中2个用以恢复供电和平衡负荷的重构算法。但当可行方案不存在时,它们就无法提供一个能尽量减少负荷失电的最佳方案。为此,文中提出了将启发式规则和模糊逻辑相结合的算法。测试结果验证了该算法的有效性和鲁棒性。
