摘要：

前言二尖瓣狭窄症为较常见的心脏疾患。根据解剖,正常成人二尖瓣口的圆周为9—11厘米,如小于7.5厘米,临床上即有狭窄症的表现。于1923年,Culter氏首先在人体上施行了二尖瓣分离手术获得成功。1925年Souttar氏首次採用切开左心耳,将右食指插入左心房,分离狭窄的二尖瓣获得良好结果。这也是现在被採用的基本方法。但由于当时10例中8例死亡,因此这种手术受到其他学者的反对,故未被採用。其后Souttar氏亦未作进一步研究及改良,因此
