摘要
<正>肿瘤免疫治疗是目前肿瘤治疗领域的研究热点,在肿瘤的治疗过程中取得了显著的临床获益。程序性死亡受体-1(programmed cell death-1,PD-1)是目前备受关注的免疫抑制分子,其主要表达在激活的T细胞和B细胞中,PD-1与在肿瘤细胞中高表达的程序性死亡分子配体-1(programmed cell death ligand 1,PD-L1)结合,激活PD-1信号通路,使得T细胞功能受损,针对这一信号通路的PD-1抑制剂可以阻断PD-1与PD-L1的结合,阻断负向调控信号通路,恢复T细胞的功能活性,从而增强机体的
