摘要：

抗结核药物是造成药物肝损伤(Drug-induced liver injury,DILI)的重要原因之一,本文从发病机制、危险因素、诊断和防治等方面综述了近期抗结核药物肝毒性的研究进展,旨在为抗结核药物的临床合理应用提供参考。
