摘要：

智库作为国家软实力,近年来越来越受到我国政府的重视。竞争情报循环可分为规划与定向、信息搜集、分析和传播4个阶段,而现代智库的运作同样需要经过这4个环节。本文希望通过国际知名智库在这4个环节中的践行特色,能对竞争情报循环的优化有所借鉴和启示。
