摘要：

针对弹性供应链的易腐品物流配送计划问题,在网络正常运行和单一节点失效的情况下,分别建立了在有限资源约束下的单目标多时段成本优化数学模型,以实现供应链运行总成本最小。用CPLEX软件求解该问题,通过与网络正常运行时的比较,得到各时段应急调度计划、库存量,以及部分满足用户需求时的各节点的扩容策略。仿真实验结果表明了所提出的求解该问题的应急方案是有效的。
