近年来由于全球结核病疫情回升 ,耐药结核菌呈增长趋势 ,尤其是耐异烟肼和 /或利福平的复治病例逐渐增加 ,迫切需要研制新的高效抗结核药。对新的抗结核药的研究进展进行了介绍。
