摘要：

癫痫发作可造成选择性神经元损害 ,甚至神经元死亡。这些神经元死亡 ,有一部分可能是通过细胞凋亡机制进行的。bcl-2基因及其家族成员在癫痫后神经元凋亡过程中起着重要的调控作用。本文着重综述了bcl-2基因家族及其产物在凋亡过程中的分子生物学机理 ,并就癫痫后bcl-2基因家族的表达作一简要介绍 ,从而为癫痫的治疗提供新的理论依据
