类黄酮抗肿瘤作用的研究进展

摘要：

类黄酮具有广泛的生物学效应 ,本文主要论述常见的几种类黄酮物质的抗肿瘤活性及其机制。通过提高抗氧化物酶的活性 ,清除自由基 ,消除致癌物的致癌作用 ;诱导肿瘤细胞周期阻滞 ,促进肿瘤细胞凋亡 ;通过影响某些酶如信号转导途径中的蛋白激酶、致癌剂的代谢酶、核酸拓扑异构酶等的活性 ,抑制肿瘤的发生 ;同时还通过抗 P-糖蛋白、抑制 hsp70的表达 ,提高肿瘤细胞对化疗药物的敏感性。
