<正>腰椎融合术是治疗腰椎退变性疾病的主要手术方式,分为前方和后方入路,包括前路腰椎间融合术(anterior lumbar interbody fusion,ALIF)、后路腰椎间融合术(posterior lumbar interbody fusion,PLIF)、经椎间孔椎间融合术(transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion,TLIF)等。近年来开展的侧方入路腰椎间融合术(lateral lumbar interbody fusion,LLIF)可经腹膜后间隙直达椎间隙,处理椎间盘组织,进行椎体
