摘要：

创业失败成本伴随着创业失败的发生而产生,是创业失败的必然产物,主要体现在创业失败对创业者财务和情感两方面造成的不同程度的消极影响。来自创业者个人及外部环境层面的相关因素会在"创业失败到失败成本"这一过程中发挥调节作用,加强或减弱创业失败到失败成本的作用过程。创业者个人层面的相关因素包括:个人资产总量、先前创业经验、非物质性投入、情感控制能力以及对失败的归因方式;外部环境层面的相关因素包括:法律法规政策以及区域文化。
