摘要：

用γ射线照射小鼠后输注胸腺、淋巴结混合细胞,成功诱导出再生障碍性贫血动物模型,其发生率96.67％,发生时间稳定,实验重复性好,推迟了死亡的时间,为开展再生障碍性贫血机制研究和观察药物作用提供了一种良好的实验研究方法。
