摘要：

本文分析了血浆交换疗法（PE）治疗9例活动期系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）的疗效,有效率77.8%。PE疗法合并激素和细胞毒药物治疗可获较长期的缓解。认为每次去血浆0.5～1L,每周2～3次,总量3～6L较为适宜。125Ⅰ-DNA结合率是治疗中一项比较敏感的观察指标。
