<正>腹膜转移癌(peritoneal carcinomatosis,PC)是恶性肿瘤较常见的转移部位,是癌细胞直接种植生长或经微血管转移到腹膜上所致,常见于胃癌、肠癌和卵巢癌等。一旦出现腹膜转移,预后都很差,生存期一般不超过半年。T3、T4期的胃癌患者大约有60%在根治术后会出现腹膜转移,10%～20%的患者在根治性切除时已有腹膜转移,8%～15%的结直肠癌
